Hey Farm To Table Fam! Hope you are having a great week. There's an expression used that says see "The forest for the trees". It is an expression used of someone who is too involved in the details of a problem to look at the situation as a whole. Another words if we are too close to the tree we wont be able to see around it and look at the forest as a whole. This is especially true in the Christian life as we sometimes get so focused on a problem, an issue or a person, we don't realize or see all the good things God is doing as a whole or see the Big Picture He is painting. We have to ask God to see people, problems and situations through His eyes. That way we know how to pray, praise and power through a tough situation. Some big words used in the Church we hear sometimes is "Kingdom Minded". What it really means is we must realize like it says in Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. God has a plan and somehow it includes all of us even though we can't always see it. That's why we have to trust Him. May we hold tight to the One who created the forest and the trees! Be Blessed! ❤ Rock
