If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please reach out to our customer  service team / chat team at any time. We will accept returns as long as they are in the condition they were received and all items are included in the original packaging. 

We ship locally from our home base in Hoschton, Georgia. We use major shipping carriers - once shipping has left our facility, please utilize your tracking numbers provided and contact the carriers with any questions or concerns as all shipping at that point is out of our hands. Of course with any other questions or concerns, we are always here to be of assistance.
